I am kind of an analytical guy, and I keep pretty good records of everything. I was thinking about creating a general use journal in excel that anyone can use. I want to have sections for:
different workouts
plans
exercises
nutrition
supplements
goals / evaluation
I am sure it will grow.
Just as a sample here is what my own personal goal / evaluation sheet looks like for the next 6 weeks.
I look at: physical measurements, body fat, how to train, what to train, diet, etc. and then evaluate my progress at the end of time period.
