  • I am in process of creating a workout journal

    I am kind of an analytical guy, and I keep pretty good records of everything. I was thinking about creating a general use journal in excel that anyone can use. I want to have sections for:

    different workouts
    plans
    exercises
    nutrition
    supplements
    goals / evaluation

    I am sure it will grow.

    Just as a sample here is what my own personal goal / evaluation sheet looks like for the next 6 weeks.

    I look at: physical measurements, body fat, how to train, what to train, diet, etc. and then evaluate my progress at the end of time period.

        OK here are some blank pages to go in journal.

        I cut the pages in 1/2 (4x5.5), punch holes on one side and put them in a smaller 3 ring binder that I cary with me to gym.

        I have a blank workout log page, diet page, page for OTC sups (still working on), blank goal/evaluation page.

        Let me know what you would add. I may some help creating a complete supplement list.
