what would you suggest for bulking?

right now rado i am getting it together for the bulking since hting have been crazy with work, buyinh house, getting married, and moving so i have been only eating 3 meals a day usally like some tuna and salad at about 10 then a grilled chicken club or turkey club on wheat or grilled chicken fingers and then steak and rice or chciken and rice for dinner with a shake after the gym
