Oh hey man!! How have you been? Well I left Steroidology and went to FG for a bit and then came over here a few months ago when we opened the board! I still visit those boards occasionall! Glad you got over here man!! :)

I haven't been bad at all. Had one fucking CRAZY summer. I'm finally getting things back on track as far as working out and diet go.

I've stayed over at steroidology for the most part, was reinstated at elite too but I'm not there much.
