They didn't get it done as flashy as normal, but I think as a whole they were solid. That's what will take them all the way, if they continue to play like that. They have Baltimore next, so you can't expect Ind to have a ton of points. They just need to play solid football.

I don't think Gramatica has it in him.

Did anyone see Dallas' Offensive Lineman (#63) flip off the skycam after he got called for illegal hands to the face? I will bet that's going to be a nice little fine...

            Anyways - two questions....

When did they get rid of the rule where the ground can't cause a fumble (isn't that what happened when Romo went head over heels at the 1 yard line?)......

Romo was ruled down by contact 1/2 yard short of the first down. That was a 4th down play, so it was a turnover on downs.

            And....

I know it would have been gutsy but why didn't Dallas just let Seattle score a TD when they first got the ball after the botched FG turnover - then the game would have come down to whether or not they could stop the 2 point conversion - if they managed to do that (or if Seattle settled for the PAT) then Dallas would have had about a minute (and 2 timeouts) to go 70-80 yards instead of 2 seconds to go 65????

It's all stratagies and what the coach thinks is the best chance. If they would have made seattle go 4 and out, they probably would have had great field position and a chance at a much closer field goal.

Yea, but it would have been more exciting. When ever you set up to throw those hail mary's everyone is expecting it to fail. It has to be one of the most difficult things to do succesfully. At least with a kick, Gramatica could have hit it just perfectly and got a favorable wind.

Jets played tough for awhile. Made some mistakes at the end and that was all she wrote.

Eagles VS Dallas game was crap. Both these teams should be thankful they even made it this far.

                        oh me my, my neighbors

well i for one am pissed, what kidn of a f'n game plan did dallas have, 3rd string db's and 3 of the league's best recievers, are offensive line protected romo, what kind of a game plan, arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh

and the play calling, arghhhhhhhhhh, very illogical, yeah put barber in and a blocking back and two tight ends, and guess what the defense will do,a rghhhhhhh

i even hated that 3rd and 8 call from the ten, roll to the right, and throw into 3 man converage, hell i thought they got lucky there, no way in hell would i have risked it, i would have spread out the offense with 3-4 recievers and ran a running play, all's we needed was a fg to take the lead, who cares weather it's from the 2 or the ten, stupid

and if you wanted to go end zone, then throw all to corners to deep based on whatever play

all night long they had the middle open almost every passing play was in the middle, did we send to across the middle, arghhhhhhhhhhhhh

overalll though i liked the defense, they played well, although, hasselback had an off night throwin wise, seatle had a great post route they scored on, i thought was good

overall it was a great nail biter game to watch, so i was happy, lol
