  • The Official Superbowl XLI Thread: Bears vs. Colts

Don't know about you guys but I can't wait. This is a true battle of a great offense against a great defense. And you know what they say " Defense wins championships". I really hope so, this city is going crazy right now. Go Bears

All I can say is good game Peyton. I've grown up seeing others cities loose the superbowl and never even thought about the heartbreak. It's tough feeling but It's just a game and I feel great for Manning getting his finnally. My guys didn't show up but hey....they made it there. And the feeling around this city for the past two weeks was awesome. I won't forget it. It's failed journey but a fun one at that, and gives me hope for next year. Maybe they were what we thought they were Dennis Green, but atleast we won more than five games. Oh well on to next year.

Nearly, but I wipe my own ass so I'm good. I'm actually excited Favre is coming back. I like seeing the Bears play him. And the Packers look improved. The division fight should be intresting.

I don't care what anyone says. The bears prevented the colts from scoring on many different occasions. I usually would say that its a team game and that the whole team lost it. Not this time, Rex Grossman lost this game. He throw balls into double coverage and lets them float in the air for the other team to reach up and grab. He makes the decision that he is going to throw to a certain receiver before the play even starts. It dosent matter if the receiver in question has fallen down, he is still throwing it. lol.

Yeah...Grossman sucks. Even on stacked Florida teams, he'd give Spurrier fits at times; he got yanked from games on a regular basis for making boneheaded decisions.
