Arm pain when I sneeze...?

Sometimes when I sneeze I get a pain on the medial side of my left arm. Feels like it's right where the bicep and tricep meet. It goes away after a few seconds most of the time, but the past couple days I have had a cold and it's been very painful and takes 10-15 seconds to go away. Yesterday I felt the pain go all the way down to my hand. Anyone ever have this happen?

Do you have a pinched nerve or and vertebrae problems in your neck or back?

ya...i would prolly say you have a pinched nerve.
i have the same problem when i wrestle or lift. the pain goes from the inside of my arm all the way down to my pinky and ring finger.

you should get it checked out and if thats the case i would recommended going to a chiropractor. i still havnt becuase im too lazy but thats wut my sports medicine teacher told me i should do.

Nah, its just the dramatic increase in blood pressure at that part of your biody when you sneeze

I don't normally have a pain, it's only when I sneeze. I was wondering if it was a blood pressure thing and if so how dangerous it could be.

I wouldn't worry mate, I get exactly the same thing. I tend to get it more if I'm cold or tired, leaves a dull ache for a while aswell.

If you have a cold that may affect your blood pressure a bit anyway.

I get that when I have a particularily violent sneeze....the muscle contraction pinches a nerve...nothing to worry about. I get it any time I get close to a cat.
