ACC Basketball whats going on?

I dont get it Clemson is the last team in the nation to lose a game.Then they are beaten by Maryland and clobbered by NC in babk to back games.Duke is losing to basically everyone.NC loses to NC state. I mean this is anyones conference and i mean almost all of the teams can win out.My question is....Either the ACC is so good its light years ahead of the other conferences,or it sucks so bad it makes all the teams look good.
