I was woke up last night the sound of two loud booms. There was all sorts of emergency services out front of my apartments. I couldn't tell what was going on, but it seemed like the bystanders were pretty calm. This morning I see city work crews going in and out of the underground street access. As I was going to the grocery store I stopped by and asked what the explosion sound was last night and he said it was a low tension explosion. Not sure what that means and it's hard to understand what I can find online.
