update on wife

thought i had put up a update on the mass they found -

the ENT doc does not feel like its a big deal and elected a watch and see attitude -

want second opininon of course but a huge weight off my wifes shoulders !!

waiting for her blood work and other things to come in this week -

aslong as she gets a clean bill of health - training for her starts for her first show in oct ---

been pulling her carbs back and doing am cardio which will keep me in good shape also ! as i work to pull her down and add size to myself at the same time
