  • Comments that make you feel good.

My cycle is in full swing now. Been training like an animal since I have been back home and eating like a champ. Anyway, in the last 2 days I have gotten like 5 comments. Old Italian guy comes up to me today and says, "what the hell do you eat.. rocks?" lmao. Few hours before that a guy outside says to me, "you look like you should be in the WWE". Yesterday at the store, black guys says to me, "damn dude I would ask to arm wrestle you but im afraid you would tare my fucking arm off".

all stupid comments I know but they make you feel good none the less.

I had a couple comments recently. One was interesting, but a woman at work decided to ask me about steroids because she found the one's her husband was hiding. She was trying to get me to tell her what she wanted to hear and that her husband was in danger of killing herself. Out of all the guys at work, I took it as a compliment that she though I would be the one to know about it. The other was out my wifes school I was going to watch her play pick up with the team. Her assistant coach walked past me and when talking to my wife the next day, she told him. He thought that maybe I was the new strength coach when he walked past me.

I think when you are in shape and things go the way you want them to go it makes you feel better and that I think makes you give out this energy, and people notice that. I was at the grocery store last week and as I was putting my stuff on the belt this girl behind me was looking at my stuff(I had 8 gallon jugs of water, 10 packs of ground turkey and chicken and about 15 bags of frozen vegetables) she says, looking at your food and water you must be a bodybuilder. I told her I was getting ready to do a show then she asked me if she can feel my muscles right at the check out line, I said sure. We ended up walking out together she gave me her number and I ended up taking her out next day.

I had a lot of compliemnts last night. People I haven't seen in a while commented on the weight I had dropped, a few girls in the audience cheered when I took off my shirt, and for the best part my old trainer mentioned how I looked like a fucking beast on the monitors backstage. I am stoked as this is going to dvd and hitting some tv stations up north.

theres alot of compliments ive been told before.
The one i can remember big time was when i used to work at schools with kids. I remember the kids always telling thier peers to go up to me so i can flex my arm. You should have seen thier faces, like "whoaaaa". The funniest was when some kids would tell me, hey coach your arms are bigger than my dads... Like to a kid their dad is the one guy no one can beat, but the compliement was funny..
I kinda miss those good compliements. At malls, grocery, restaurants, etc etc even family and peers. Just feels good when people compliment, especially with the ladies... But I will get back the size, just been doing alot of jogging/running nowadays.
