Well today is my 1st appointment of 3 to get my back-piece. I'm stoked. It should be around 14 hours. I already have one on my back but I'm going to add to it. I know this will screw me at a competition but shit I'm not competing professionally so f it. It's also motivation to widen and thicken my back. Anyone else have their back done?? Just wondering how bad this will hurt me at a show. Also all my other tattoos didn't hurt nearly as bad as my back. Damn that shit hurt. I know... I know... Suck it up!!!!

I have a cross on my back that is decent in size. Now I'm enlarging it to my entire back (looks like a cross that was chiseled out of stone, kind of 3D). Lots of shading and detail. The tattoo artist I'm going to does amazing work. A little pricy but worth it.

yes i have my entire back covered. it only hurts on your upper part of the back on the spin. it makes your teeth chatter. on that note i had some fill in on my traps done last year and it hurt alot. i chalk it up to just being old.
can you post up pictures of the work?
