Ok guys I'm having a hard time fitting more than 4 meals in in a day, I advanced in my job and now am on the phone or doing paperwork.. any idea's for quick meals not shakes I can only take so many of those... thanks

What you don't realize is that when you compete you're ALWAYS getting ready for a show - at least that's how I am - I may not have my next one picked out but I live my life like someone else is out there doing more and I've got to keep pushing myself even without a show coming up...Originally posted by radoUnless you're getting ready for a comp, this is not needed...4 meals and a shake/bar is good enough...I've done the 6 meals a day...Talk about being on the john 4x's a day:)

I say you need 6 clean meals per day, and you need to eat these meals every 3 hours. That is a good/simple way to look at it.
