Frank Shamrock defeated Phil Baroni via TKO (rear naked choke) at 4:00 of Round 2 last Friday night in a Strike Force/Elite XC bout that starts off the biggest menu of MMA fighting ever for a single weekend.

Seen the post fight interview with Baroni and felt sorry for him, he sure sells fights due to his NY bad ass image but it seems to get in his way, he needs to train with Bas Rutten or someone to get more rounded because at the moment he's just the pantomime queen that everyone likes to knock out -

I thought Baroni looked good in parts of round 2. I agree with you I didn't like the way that Shamrock kicked Baroni off in the end when Baroni was unconcious, shows petulence.
Baroni is always awsome to watch and this was no different, he brawls all the way, like tank abbot but a younger fitter versionComment
