Extermely rude house guests...

So, I'm a good host. Or so I think. Someone from work came in and needed a place to stay. Since I'm a lowly intern I offered the apartment I'm staying it. It has a spare bedroom. So, I tell the guy he welcome to anything, and to make himself at home, yada yada. The first day is okay, he left the place somewhat messy, but okay. The next day he fucking tears the place up. Eats like a dozen eggs and some chicken, etc. Leaves the dirty dishes in the sink...turns the AC to 67 and then complains about what kind of food I have....Does it again the next day. Finally he leaves today and cooks up a storm again, he doesn't say thank you or anything and he leaves the TV on, dishes in the sink and a nice mess in the second bedroom. Seriously, WTF, am I missing something or is this just common dis-courtesy normal when you stay at someones house...

sounds to me like you are the type of person that gets taken advantage of easily. intern or not, you need to step the fuck up and tell this guy to clean up his act. he will respect you more.

Meh, I figured it wasn't that big a deal, but I vented about it on an internet forum, so I must have been somewhat upset. Needless to say, he won't be staying here again. I was trying to do a favor for him, but apparently it didn't work out that way. I'm still reviling in RIMM's profits over the past few days, so I don't really care. I've let it go.

man, my roomie's girlfriend is a constant menace ... i feel ya bro. except I can't kick this girl out anytime soon. never picks up after herself, can't cook, can't clean IMO worthless!
