Cool bro - just wanna find a place someone else has had good experiences with...Originally posted by NewbieChrisI was frequenting one when I was thinking of purchasing a CJ-7, I'll have to look for the welcome email in my chronicles of email...might take a little while. IIRC, it was a great site and everyone was really nice and had good advice.
Heard horror stories of folks pm'ing info and buying secondhand stuff only to get ripped off....

As for now it's a daily driver but as I get further into the off-road mods I'm hoping to just use it for recreation and hunting etc....

i don't think i have ever seen a women drive a jeep wrangler. for hells sake, the wrangler is basically the first military vehicle and predecessor to the current military Hummer. it about as far away from a chick car as you can get.Originally posted by ROCKETW19i am sorry bro but jeeps are for chicks!
not saying that i like it or would own one but you have to respect its history.

I couldn't find the actual email, but I think it was jeepsnlimited.com. As for not getting ripped off it comes with the territory. I would buy from someone that is somewhat known on the forum. It doesn't hurt to ask if people have dealt with them before and PM around to see what people say. Search the username for any problems before you deal. And people don't always get ripped off. I had to send a down payment to a guy in Missouri to buy his car...then I bought a ticket and flew there and he picked me up at the airport. Car appeared as advertised and I drove home in a new M3. Not everyone has horror stories...

I see chicks driving them all the time.
You think everything is a chick car. You called the M3 a chick car. I think you have a somewhat warped sense of what is manly and what is not. Besides to say there are definate 'male' and 'female' cars can become somewhat belittling. I think its better to just stay away from labeling them as such.Originally posted by ROCKETW19i am sorry bro but jeeps are for chicks!
