Did anyone wait in line to buy the new book and spend the weekend reading it? Do you know anyone who did?

Well, I didn't wait in line to buy it. But I was out after midnight on Friday so went ahead an got it at Walmart. I finished the book by noon on Sunday. It was awesome, let the bashing begin :nerdnew:

did he? who else died? i saw the first and second movie. never saw the others though.

There's plenty of places out there, amazon being one, where you can find spoilers. It was all over the radio today here how people bought it at midnight and spent 13-17 hours straight reading it. A couple said it was from the moment they bought it at midnight.

Yeah.. that was me lol. I couldn't wait to get a hold of it. But now it is weird that it was the last book and it is all over. Strange how you can get attached to a book character, especially one pointed at kids.

I've got a client who met a girl online a few months ago and he went to meet her this past weekend/week - he said one of their "dates" was going to be an all night reading after purchasing the book Friday night - I haven't gotten all of the details from him yet but from what he said it was worth it :P...

I ordered it from Amazon - I didn't have it at midnight but I had it by 10 am on Saturday.

I love Harry Potter! Were seeing the movie this Thursday. I'm still on book 6 so don't ruin 7 for me!

i dont know how people read books. i can sit there a try my hardest. no matter what, about 5 minutes into the book i am thinking about what i am doing tomorrow or whatever. i read the words but i am thinking of something else.
