  • Looking/Feeling Drawn Up...

Alright guys - give me some insight on this....

I came off everything anabolic back in the middle of May - I was a FULL 198 the night before my last show and now I'm a lean 220 with abs looking about 6 weeks out......

The problem I have is that even though I'm 20 pounds heavier and still lean as hell I look and feel very small - I'm not nearly as full even though I'm very hard/lean/vascular - wtf gives????

My last blood test showed my test levels had rebounded up into the 500 range - my diet is clean/strict with 4200 calories at a 40/40/20 split with my only cheat meals being the occasional sushi binge - I'm on a tough push/pull/leg routine and my strength hasn't dropped a bit - I'm at a loss here guys :(

sounds like you need a good carb load day. eat 150-200 grams of sugar spaced out between 5 or so meals. see how you look tomorrow morning.

That's kinda what I was thinking - I weighed 224 this morning and I'm telling you I could step on stage in just a few weeks if I wanted to - damn if my eyes aren't gonna be swollen tomorrow though (that's what always happens to me after a good carb load  )...

            Listen, SILLY-

I just wanted to know if this was a combination of rebound from the show, and stopping the AAS!!! :)

You could do some A-bombs w/ some Tren to get all swole! LOL

I think it's a combination of rebound & coming off. Depending on how long you were on, and how long you dieted. How did you feel the first couple of weeks after the show? Were you full and vascular? Are you getting good pumps at the gym? If you're eating 40% carbs, it sounds to me like you're getting enough, and a "flatness" factor shouldn't be root of the cause. If you felt and looked small, and weren't getting many carbs (20% or less), then I would say having a load day would do you some good....especially since you said your strength hasn't dropped. That would definitely tell me that you need more.

I'm sure you'll yell at me because I said something other than the norm...but that's just my .02!

Haha - I'm starting a test, androl and tren combo in about 2 months so look out :P

              Nah - I wouldn't yell at you when you're helping ME :D - j/k - yeah I would...

Anyways - I was confused by the flatness factor as well since my carbs are at the 420 mark but I figured because I'm not fluctuating the levels on a regular basis and there are virtually no sugars present it wouldn't kill me to shock my system with a good loading phase - other than that your advice/deductions are pretty much what I was thinking - imagine that ;)....

Damn I miss AAS - I'm 26 pounds heavier than when I was on and still hanging around the 7 or 8 percent bf mark but totally missing what once was with my test, tren, winny combo :cursin:
