  • 2007 NCAA Football predictions.

Its that time again. Maybe the best time in sports. College Football. I am so excited to see how the season plays out. Here are my predictions.

    PAC 10 Champ = USC
    BIG 12 Champ = Texas
    SEC Champ = Florida
    BIG TEN Champ = Michigan
    ACC Champ = FSU
BIG EAST Champ = West Virginia

What are your predictions? Who do you think will surprise this year.

    PAC 10 Champ = USC
    BIG 12 Champ = Texas
    SEC Champ = LSU
    BIG TEN Champ = Wisconcin
    ACC Champ = Clemson
BIG EAST Champ = West Virginia

I believe LSU and Wisconcin were actually the 2 best teams in the country at the end of last season.

And people still doubt Florida. Amazing. I can see the LSU arguement, even though we beat them ... that game could've gone either way. But Wisconsin ... come on.

bah, A&M - I highly doubt it; OU- They don't know what to do without Peterson.

Why when Peterson got hurt his backup...this seasons starter, Allen Patric put up the same numbers as Peterson. They got a RB friendly offense LOL Allen Patrick is from Conway SC a few miles from me outside of Myrtle Beach

I think he got the numbers because he wasn't felt to be near the threat and they loosened up. Plus anytime there is a major change in a roster there isn't much if any scouting film. I could be wrong, we will see. But I just think they were real shaking and adjusting a lot as teams adjusted to the new RB.

Shibby, I've got nothing for/against UT, but do you feel M. Brown is the best coach for Texas? I mean he is a great recruiter, but he has only ever won one conference championship. Most of that was most likely attributable to V. Young.

Also, I don't know anything about the guys that got booted other than the DT was a 5* recruit, but how much of a role was he and the other dude supposed to play?

Good luck to you this year. I went to the spring game, but couldn't tell much because Mack plays starters against 2nd stringers on both sides during the scrimmage. However, one backup QB torched the starters on a 70 yd. run and that guy wasn't out there after that. It would be interested to see that dude get some PT. He looked a little raw, but very, very afletic.

I will have to wait and see how Colt McCoy has matured since last year. As for Mack Brown, I think he tries not to over coach and let the players talent do the work. That's part of why he recruits such great players. I think only having the one recent championship has a lot to do with being stuck in such a weak conference and not making an extra hard schedule to compensate.

only if WV go undefeated.Unlikely..... Maybe mcfadden from Arkansas, hes probably the only one who could win without being on a title game team.
