kind of cheesy but I find it refreshing, I've suffered poor service and lack of respect when stuch grounded, told your not permitted to leave you seat and shit and if you argue you face a bunch of air rage laws, this evens things :laughnew: :bravonew:

I think this is great. It has became pathetic the way airlines are ran. It's the only thing where you can purchase a good (schedule a flight) and when that product is defective or broken, you get nothing back. This law isn't doing much but it is nice to see something getting started towards making changes.

Maybe one day soon I will have time to explain my nightmare of an experience from the other day - either way I think something should be done for sure!!!
