Don't worry bro, don't get stressed,
Do look at you salt intake
Do look at introducing some easy cardio (just getting your heart rate to over 120 up to about 145 max for a minimum of 20 mins three times a week)
Do get plenty regular sleep, like withing 1 1/2 hour of when your little man goes to bed.
Do loom at your diet and think about the Turkey and brown rice meals and lots of water
Do try hawthorne tablets as a temporary measure while you drop some weight
BUT DON't get too worried, most people get it at some point, and many people have it perminent, its better you know now than when your real old.
You can ease it through diet and relaxing (not full blown) cardio.
If your dropping the test because you think that makes you more stressed then cool, make sure you get some PCT in and anti e meds so you don't put too much water on.
Personally I'd drop the test and go down to 200mg of deca a week with nothing else.

I would get off the test. Don't drink, eat clean, drink plenty of water, and get your life in check. I know you are going through some tough times at home and I can tell just from your posts over the last few months that your attitude has changed. You are a much more argumentative person then you used to be. If I can see that on a internet forum I am sure it is pretty bad in real life. Enjoy life bro.

one reason you pressure is high is b/c the extra water the test is causing you to hold. The extra water increases blood volume therby increasing BP. I am guessing your pressure is high anyway snce that is not a high dose of test so the other changes as far as diet and stress are important to adjust as well.

Test anything contributes to hypertension. You have it. Don,t know your age, stats, or anything else about you or your life but I assure you that dropping the test will cause a reduction in your BP. Are you symptomatic in any way? Any kind of visual diturbances, headaches, speech, balance, or coordination issues, nausea, just generally feeling like shit?
