Well materially speaking - I don't ever leave my house without seeing tons of Mercedes, Ferrari's, etc etc. Hell, there's a Ferrari and Maserati dealership right down the street from my house. The area is beautiful, you can't get a nice townhouse even for less than about $500k. Granted, Miami IS a place different from any other, but there are "nice"/luxury things elsewhere as well.

Seriously though, Miami is an animal of it's own, lol. It's fun to party, but I do not enjoy South FL for living....
