Anyone watching this game? Cleveland is making themselves look like a bunch of assholes. I have never seen so many blunders. Bad calls by the 3rd base coach, dropped balls, bumping and tripping on each other. lol

I thought this was a great game, I don't know about you but when Kenny got to 2nd on that error, I thought "shit here we go" I thought for sure Cleveland was going to capitalize on such a big mistake, and then the 3rd base coach gets caught with his head up his ass. After Boston got out of that inning you could feel the momentum shift back in their favor. Great game, can't wait for the series

Lofton never should have been on base in the first place. He only reached because of an error. Besides, the Red Sox turned a double play to end the inning, so Cleveland only would have scored one run if Lofton had scored. One run makes absolutely no difference when you lose 11 - 2. That one run wouldn't have broken Boston because they did most of their damage in the 8th anyway.Originally posted by THE BOUNCERyou think that 3rd base coach is having a good day today? lol. it all started with his dumb ass decision. feel sorry for the guy.

Yeah but neither should Jacoby Ellsbury for the Sox which IMO led to one of the biggest swings of the series by Pedroia.Lofton never should have been on base in the first place. He only reached because of an error
There probably wouldn't have been a double play situation if the 3rd base coach had sent Lofton. Gutierrez would have advanced to second on the throw home, Hideki Okajima would have been yanked and then you have a completely different inning and a tie ball game. I'm not saying that Boston wouldn't of still come out on top. But it was a momentum changing fuck up by the 3rd base coach, and in a championship game every run matters especially in games where everyone's nerves are on the brink.Besides, the Red Sox turned a double play to end the inning, so Cleveland only would have scored one run if Lofton had scored. True, but it's hard to answer 11 runs in an LCS game 7. The Red Sox just dominated the last four innings offensively, plain and simple. If you're going to have any hope of winning the Series, you have to be able to regain your composure as a team after something like that. If you can't, you have no business being there.Originally posted by THE BOUNCERthat was when total momentum changed though. the mental aspect can do a lot! you never know what they could have done..
