Tuna shake

This actualy tastes ok. Ive been havin one a day for the last few days.
185g can tuna
about 300mls apple juice
ice

Blend the shit out of it and drink.

The only problem i have is when i drink alot of juice it seems to go straight through me within an hour. lol. its not pretty comin out the other end.

I have done this with canned salmon and tuna. Most people dont believe me but the apple juice kills the nasty fish taste.
