I guess that just means we are all getting older and wiser now!!! I wish I knew half the thing that i know now back when I was in late teens and early 20s!!!! I would have had alot more productivity in the weight room and on the BB stage!!! Not to mention all the extra hours of sllep and money Id have saved!!!

I rarely drink anymore...but when I do mix a few at home, I'm particular to vodka and sprite. I start with two slices of fresh lime, muddled (crushed) in the bottom of a glass. Pour 2oz of ice cold premium vodka over it, and let it soak for a minute to let the lime flavor mix with the vodka. Add two ice cubes and top up with Sprite.

Yep, jack and diet is also my drink. I usually tie one on maybe 4 times a year. The next day always sucks. Dehydrated and I usually can't eat much the next day too. I don't see how people can do it every weekend. Or even once a month. I'm getting old!! :D

I've never understood why people do it every weekend - even when I was "younger". It's a waste of money, and time (feeling like crap the next day) if you ask me.

Yeah, doesn't work. Not only is alcohol a "downer", even if it made you "forget", you're certainly going to remember in a few hours when the buzz wears off and you feel like shit. Or, realize you've done something else ignorant to add to your list.
