  • Flat on my back.

    Been out of commission all day today. I trained back yesterday and everything went fine. Last night before I went to bed I felt a slight kink in my lower back and thought nothing of it. Woke up this morning to take a leak. When I went to get up I just about passed out. LMAO. I dont know what the hell I did but every time I sit up or walk around it hurts so bad it take my breath away and makes me laugh at the same time. Its like a funny bone type of feel. lol. I even went light on deads yesterday so I have no clue. Been eating ibuprofen like candy.

    I keep the 800mg on reserve for these type of occurances:)

      All you had to do was tweak something even with the lightest weight. I do it alot. Give it a day or two and you'll be fine.

            Sucks man. Last time this exact same thing happened to me and I was out of the gym and laying on my back on the floor for a week. I did it doing standing curls. Didn't hurt at all till the next morning.

                    I have days like that on deadlift days. I feel myself get a little too fatigued in the middle of my set, slip on my form and try to keep pushing, feel the slightest discomfort and I know I'm fucked. lol
