I hardly ever drink anymore but I got fuckin sloshed on saturday night. I felt so fuckin terrible yesterday. All I could eat all day was some dry cereal during the day and i managed to choke down some chicken and vegetables at like 8:00 yesterday night. My workout sucked balls today!! Anyway, it was one of those days where I sware up and down all day that I will never drink again. Fuck a hangover!

ya, it can really destroy your body. having a few drinks is fine but if your drinking to the point of a hangover the next day, you are putting a lot of strain on your liver.

ouch man, I know the feeling. I eased down on the drinking cause I dont like the feeling the next day, feeling all dehydrated, weak, neausous, and the headache. Nowadays when we go out, I get a coke, sprite, or a water.
