It got such good reviews, but it wasn't my kind of movie. The ending is too...I don't think it(the movies theme) says enough all and all.

Its more complicated than this, but I don't know if you want me to ruin it. Essentially a guy finds 2.4 mil with these dead drug dealers...one is just dying. The guy takes the money and the dying drug dealer asks for water. Guy goes back to give him water and he then gets caught up in all this shit because there are tons of people after the money. Its about the events that follow. There is like a crazy killer dude who is after the money, and he uses a coin to decide if someone dies or lives.
