i tried to steal a dog these black ppl were neglectign i fed it everday and gave it sum water when i was able to called aspca regularly didnt do shit though when i tried to take the germna shep it was too scared didnt wanna go so i petted him for a while next day ddint see the dog from then on....sum while later i seen sum thugs out there asked what happened to the dog they got stupid so i figured well they treated the dog liek shit so im not gonna be nice well wound up kicking there heads ina bit ....id steal the dog imo......

Haha nah I was just playin FB. I have a cat too and he is far from neglected, he's fat and spoiled. Never hurt him or any other animal a day in my life.

Anyhow, planning to call animal control sometime today or tommorrow. I think my GF needs to do it because she's the one who witnessed it, and she has exams today, so hopefully tommorrow. I'll keep you posted...
