I think this is a bunch of bullshit. Our fucken jails are packed enough as it is. Anyone that has been 100% proven to have killed or raped someone should be put to death.


NEW YORK, Dec. 13 -- New Jersey is set to become the first state to legislatively abolish the death penalty since the Supreme Court restored it in the mid-1970s. the problem for me is not the idea of the death penalty, but that I don't trust the government enough to enforce it properly. I don't think that the state should have the right to kill it's citizens.
