So whats on the menu for Christmas? We are having all kinds of shit. Meatballs in a crock pot, roast beef, pretty much a buffet!

I am going to my cousins house.. cuban style grub, arroz moro, yuca, flan, lechon and there will also be some italian food in the mix. Bouncer you italian boys love spanish women... we have a few of you in the familia.

Let's see...

Since all of my extended family is out of town my parents, sonis & I all do something. We all go to Christmas Eve service at 4pm, and my parents & sister come out after that and spend the night. Sonis' family refuses to come out. His mother insists on having Christmas at her house. I LOVE Christmas. I just wish it wasn't over so quickly...SO-

Christmas Eve Dinner:

Appetizers:
Shrimp Cocktail
Cheese Rounds

Dinner:
Caesar salad
King Crab Legs
Filet
Parsley potatoes
Cold Broccoli w/ this yummy cream sauce

Dessert:
Peppermint ice cream cake

Christmas Day

Breakfast:
Cranberry upside down muffins
Egg Casserole

Dinner:
Turkey
Mashed Potatoes
GB Casserole
Stuffing
Corn Pudding

....My lips are watering just thinking about it!
