I've gotten into a couple of hobby's (other than working out) that has taken up a lot of my time. I'm going to start getting back on the board now. I recently moved back close to my home town and now get to workout with my original power lifting partner. I've been hitting the weights hard for about 8 years. This last 6 months or so I've lifted 3 days a week and just kind of stayed in a maintaining mode. 2 weeks ago I went to the doc and had a complete blood workup done. Everything looked great she said. I feel good, shoulders feel good, have a good workout partner now, so I don't have an excuse for not hitting the weights hard. I would love to get back to the strength level I was at a couple of years ago.
