Have you experienced jealousy in a relationship, either on your end or your SO? What have you done to deal with or change this?

I have experienced it on both ends. I find the best way to have dealt with it and to have more positive and healthy relationships is to be honest upfront and put all your cards on the table.

jealously is insecurity. I have always let all my SO's do what they want and when. its there choice whether to step out or not and if they do, so be it. of course I do think I hold myself in the 1% minority.Comment

I would before when I was with my girl. I guess that at times got me in trouble too. Like now lately when I date or even when I go out with my ex (on and off relationship), I kinda keep my cool now. I learned to control it and its all about trust. Thats just me.Comment

The way I see it you should make each other feel comfortable. Long time ago when I would date, I didn't get jelous but if a girl tried to make me jelous I would just say ok I'm jelous you got want you wanted now fuck off.
Not worth being in a relationship with a messer is what I say, if someone makes you jelous, get ridComment

Yes, I am. So is she. We're also both very stubborn people.
Mix 1 part jealousy, 2 parts stubborn and 1 part alcohol = Fight Cocktail.
Sometimes it's worth it though just for the make up sex afterward. It's spectacular.Comment
