    STLtoday - News - Politics

****This isn't a pitch to all of you to vote for Hillary, but-

1- You will ALWAYS have a shit slinging contest during any political race. The republicans will do it, we just haven't seen it yet.

2- Obama was "present" 130 times in the Senate. What this means is 130 times he did not vote Yes or No on the Bill being presented. He also has only been a Senator for ONE YEAR- He's gotta deal with it

3- I'm sorry, but for this DEMOCRAT to sit there and hold it over the party's head that if Hil gets the nod, then she will vote REPUBLICAN???? EXCUSE ME? She talks about damage to the party, yet just because the candidate she is endorsing may not win, she's going to say something like THIS? How does that NOT damage the party as well? I voted for this person last time, and she will NOT get my vote the next time.

4- I really don't give a shit if Barack is mad about Bill Clinton comments. THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS IN POLITICS. Personally, I think Bill Clinton was a KICK ASS president. I'd vote for him again if I could. And, if he's going to last in politics ANYWHERE, Obama needs to get a fucking backbone. Obama needs to take his marbles and go home if he doesn't like what's being said about him.

    Politicians are such fucking hypocrites

It's unfortunate...Barack and Hillary are both phonier than a three dollar bill...

I haven't been impressed with a U.S. President since Ronald Reagan

the only candidate that i like is ron paul...i think some of his ideas are nuts, but he's the only one who really has something different to offer. the rest are all phony washington politicians. obama included. most notably, clinton. she's a joke in my opinion.

i'm so frustrated with the state of things in washington that i don't know what to do. i want to scream...watching a presidential debate with me is comical to say the least. i'm one of those crazy bastards who will actually yell at the tv. ;)

honestly, he frightens me - as do most members of the religious right.

huckabee: "I have opponents in this race who do not want to change the Constitution,” Huckabee told a Michigan audience on Monday. “But I believe it’s a lot easier to change the Constitution than it would be to change the word of the living god [sic]. And that’s what we need to do — to amend the Constitution so it’s in God’s standards rather than try to change God’s standards so it lines up with some contemporary view.”

in my opinion, to amend the constitution to be more inline with god's view is a horrible mistake. religious implications aside, i think it would only serve to further divide the country. there is enough religious turmoil in the world, electing another religious nut would only stoke the fire.
