Nothing better to get me focused then walking into the gym and having it all to yourself. Nothing but pure focus and intensity. This was yesterday afternoon. Little quick to be giving up on your resolutions isn't it everyone??

Yeah but as far as the gym though I love it. Real old school. DBs go up to 160lbs. Its clean inside but at the same time its real gritty. Keeps all the old people and kids down at the YMCA. :rofl: The best part is the outside. Its in the back of an old ratty ass looking building in a sketchy part of town.
