WTF? I just got a new plasma will this work or will I need a special box? Yes im one of the clueless people! I dont watch the news. most of the news I hear about is from this site.lol.

1. Your Plasma is digital so you dont have anything to worry about.

2. You have a satellite or digital cable box that you connect it too so you wont have to worry about it.

We are talking about people that have an old analog tv (no digital tuner built in) that just plug the tv into the wall or antenna.

i want you to think. i want you to think of the millions of older people that have 15-20 year old tv's. think about there fixed income. think about the fact that most have never ben to a pawn shop and think about the fact that most pawn shops arent going to have a selection of digital TV's. no, you cannot get a digital TV today that is comparable in size to the old analog tv they have been watching for 15 year for $50-$100 dollars. not even close.

I'm just excited because now I can tell my Mom she HAS (even though she doesn't have to) to buy a plasma and do away with our freaking Goliath of a tube tv that sits in a cabinet that is about to fall apart from the weight...

LOL im such a retard. I thought something crazy was gonna happen.

I do know a guy that has the old school rabbit ears. he was to cheap to pay for cable. although the guy was like 40 and almost had his house paid off. every penny he made went straight to the house.
