The 'Message' box that is gray, in the advanced response. What is it flash? Java? I'm thinking it is a plug in issue for Mozilla.

no, not flash or java. i am using firefox right now to browse the board and everything is working as it should.

just so i am clear, are you having the same problem while browsing the board with IE?

I don't know. I just cleared all my cookies, cache, etc. It probably has to do with how poor the builder of the computer was...lol. If it happens again, with someone else then I would be concerned. My computer is somewhat unique and I've been having issues since the update. So, its simple that something could have gotten messed up.

no its not. you avatar was removed by a mod. newbiechris simply cant see his avatar but everyone else can because something is wrong with his computer. try to pay attention. :)

i dont think it was that because i only use the proxy at work, it was the same from home. And with mine, it said error....etc , you saw it.

i have tried to replicate this problem on 2 different computers. one using XP and the other vista. i used IE and firefox on both machines and logged in under a test member account. no matter what i do i cant replicate this problem.

so what your saying is, one day you came to the site and you couldnt see your avatar all of the sudden? just seems odd. its something that is hard to fix also because i cant make it happen myself and so far it has only happend to you and chris.
