Not the easiest thing to do. The market really sucks right now. I'm offering an extremely fair price for a car that has been well maintained. Even then I get people calling with lowball offers at least $4K below the blue book. Oh well, spring is just around the corner. Hopefully the demand will go up a little bit.

What are you selling? some pos or is it a nice car? Eagle Talon LOL. '88 RX-7
Just be patient... i hate selling cars. The housing/morgage crisis will make it tough especially if you like in the woods somewher.
Eveytime i do I get a bunch of ppl call (expect) and try to get a "deal of a lifetime" I had 1 guy offer 10k less than the price i had on it. can you trade it in? last resort
one of the last cars i sold was to a guy in the mid-west. he saw it on cars.com i met him at JFK with title, car, etc. and he had cash LOL. he and his girl drove it back.

I'm selling my 04 Mazda RX8. Just under 60K miles. Well maintained, never modified, never raced, etc. The rotary engine is needy but if you keep the oil changed like you should it is extremely reliable. Plus my tranny and clutch are just as smooth and crisp as they were 4 years ago. I priced it on NADA and it came up in the mid 16K range and I have it listed in the high 15K range so I'm definately not trying to rip anyone and I'm definately not going to accept $10.5K like some dude already offered me. I dont understand why those people even bother. I guess he was trying to lowball me, but I've already priced this thing low enough I won't be doing much haggling.
