so last night i was cruisin around on my buddies bike because he traded me for my car so that he could have some room to carry some shit or watnot.

so im on my way back to return the bike when this dillhole decides to merge into my lane without noticing a guy on this big fuckin bike that right there inhis way. thats me. by the time he notices im sso far up against the center divider goin up on a curvy road. he jerks the wheel when he realizes that O SHIT THERES A MOTORCYCLE THERE...by then i romp up the fuckin curb ...

i just remember getting up out of the bushes and like 20 cars stopped behind me askin me what happend i was like fucked if i know so i got up and left cuz i dont have a motorcycle license.

ps..that douche bag who ran me into the curb didnt even stop, i dont think he even slowed down. fucker just took off like nothing..

mother fuck now i have to replace my buddies shifter peg, clutch lever and he wants me to go half on his left fairing.

all shit i have no money for

god damn i feel like shit about tho

Hell I'd make you pay for all of it! He's not too bright for loaning a bike to someone w/o a license either. At least you're not hurt.

cmon man give me a little more cred. iv been riding bike most of my life. and for the fact that i have no license....he doesnt have one either

but its like u here from most bike riders. accidents arent usualy their fault. its usually the dumb asses driving around in cars that are just oblivious to there surroundings.

Is it insured? Just tell them he was on it and you pay his ductable. If that is cheaper than buying all the parts.

I won't go into a rant about not having a license to operate as most important is the you are OK and not hurt more than your pride. I am a professional driver & if you have seen what these eye have seen you might understand why I feel the way I do. If you are going to operate equipment on any public roadway you owe it to the public and yourself to have all the proper documents. License, Registration, Insurance, Tags. It is not just the Law but these are the things that not only protect the public but protect you, your family and what you own. You & your friend put yourselves in a position that could have cost you hundreds of thousands of $ because if the circumstances were different insurance company's would have been void of there responsibility to compensate anyone for injury or damages all over proper documentation. Because your friend gave his blessing he would have been the biggest looser in this.

Well with the amount of money we pay for insurance I would have no problem doing it. I could see if you were catching the bike on fire or something trying to get a big check.

very good point timber. but like iv said. iv been riding bikes all my life. dirtbikes street bikes. i have even gone on trak daaz and taken classes the track. not to say that the accident wasnt partially my fault ( i should have been paying more attention because we all know that most ppl driving pay less attention to the road than they should be). but whatever, lesson learned.

just thought id let u guys know on how shitty i felt the day after. couldnt even get a good workout in cuz i was thinkin about it all effin day.

That is the reason we pay so much

not really. even if everyone played by the rules, we would still be paying out our ass.
