Wow, some of you people are freaks. Now I'm not pig, but I do understand that germs are essential. You are more susceptible to illness and germs fight off things of that nature. If you live in a completely sterile environment you are more likely to get sick because your body does not develop immunity to certain things because of germs.

i'm glad i missed that one. i think i saw part of it though. weren't they going around with petri dishes and testing everything? i saw the part where they tested the 5 second rule about dropping food on the floor...Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postanyone see the episode of mythbusters where they tested germs and feces etc.. to sum it up, even if your toothbrush is at its furthest point away from the toilet in the bathroom it will still get feces on it. bet that makes you feel good goliath. remember guys, next time you brush your teeth, you have your shit in your mouth. :)
i'm not so bad that it's debilitating or anything, but ever since i took microbiology in college i can't help but think about germs on everything. i hate public restrooms, but i don't take plastic utensils with me when i go out to eat either.

I always toss out my toothrbrush after I've been sick. I'm a bit of a germophobe: I simply cannot bring myself use a public toilet to shit. Whenever I check into a hotel, I always have alcohol wipes on hand to wipe down the toilet seat and the taps. Whenever I've moved into a new place, I always soak down the sinks, toilet, tub, and counters with a 20% bleach solution (kitchen counters and fridge too). There are just too many disgusting people out there not to take precautions.
