    When you get an inury, no matter small or large, does anyone here get depressed? I strained my quad, and now i feel like shit. I had to cut leg workout short, and didn't do cardio this morning. I feel like a fat slob now

    yep, i think everyone does. you know you will have to slow down and be weaker then your normal self.

    just make the best of it. no use dwelling and feeling like shit.

      When i fucked up my shoulder i was depressed for a few hours, but mostly mad as HELL. Its a part of life and shit happens. I learned to accept it and took it slow when i went back to the gym.

                    I hate being hurt problem is im fucking hurt all the time. I refuse to just stop working out so the lil pains never go away they just rotate around my body from one thing to another.

                      a 2 week complete break from the gym may just be what is needed. you should give it some thought.

                          thats what i usually do, just push through. screw the pain. but this is too much. it prevents me from squating with just my body. it burns. but at least i can do upper body.

                          i just hate not being able to do cardio. walking doesnt hurt it, but i dont want to press anything
