You guys ever get to the point your body and mind are just beat up? between work, school and the gym, i was close to my breaking point this week. So i took off from all activity the past two days, and ate whatever i damn well pleased. I feel bloated from all the eating right now, but refreshed and ready to jump back in tomorrow.
