  • Just exhausted.

    You guys ever get to the point your body and mind are just beat up? between work, school and the gym, i was close to my breaking point this week. So i took off from all activity the past two days, and ate whatever i damn well pleased. I feel bloated from all the eating right now, but refreshed and ready to jump back in tomorrow.

    anyone else ever get like that? what do you guys do ?

    sure do, after that leg day i talked about the other day, i could tell my nervous system was strained took off for 2 days after that.

      yeah, but i never feel refreshed,. After a cheat meal or day, i feel sloppy and like shit, that being said, cheat meals and cheat days are crucial to making gaims (my experience, at least)

        I think cheat meals are good but I can't do cheat days. I feel like complete garbage when I cheat all day.

          I get like that every so often especially when the weather sucks. Sometimes i'll go buy something to cheer me up or get away somewhere. It ususally helps.

            i agree. though sunday i cheated all day, and today i feel like crap because of it. just gotta get back on my feet and going again.

                  I hear what you are saying. when training hard and trying to deal with the everyday problems that crop up it can be too much. I usually try to just go and do something that makes me feel good. With everything I have been dealing with lately I have really been struggling to find peace.
