Since I have moved into my new apartment I have been getting very dry skin on the bottom of my feet and on my tri area. The only thing I can think of is the water when I take a shower. Now if I have hard water and I need to soften it, how do I do that?

A filter is the only thing i can thing of. Plus use lotion. I have to use lotion even though my water isn't hard. I just get so damn dry during the winter.Comment

They make filters that you can attach right to your shower head. Really easy to install I just don't know how much they cost.Comment

um.........try home depot to get a filter, i don't know much about this issue because i have never dealt with 'hard water'
