Yea, but I thought we were talking about 2006, not the late 90's / early 00's, hence the reason for citation. I was confused. And I've only been into watching over the market since about 2005 when my Dad told me I could control my college fund.

By the way I don't know how old you are but Id be careful putting money into the market if its money you expect to have in the near future ...
