my cardio coach is fighting on versus march 26th wednessday night 9pm eastern
his name is Tim Makenzi(sp?) he is fighting for the #1 contender in the light heavy weight.
His cardio is sick so he will be fine there just hope the rest holds up for him.

Ya I think standing with Stann right now isnt a good idea. I think he is gonna light up the Rhino. Tim is a lil smarter than that he will take him down when and if they fight. witch I think they will.
Ya my gym is full of pro fighters. Urijah Faber used to be with these guys also untill they left for their own school.
