Crystal Light Energy

Crystal light now has and "energy" version of their powder with 60mg of caffeine per packet. One packet in about 20oz of water taste pretty sweet, so I wouldn't recommend using two packets, I haven't tried two packets though.



I keep waiting for Gatorade to make a product with caffeine. I think it would be a great combo of energy without getting too dehydrated. They have the new Tiger flavors with 25% more electrolytes, so I thought it would be a good one to add caffeine too.

Ya i bought this, and i mix in my half gallon jug...the caffeine doesn't effect me, probably because its diluted too much, but none the less, it sure tastes good
