Hey Timber... I've been good. Things are going real good lately. I bought a duplex in the garden district in uptown New Orleans. This area was not affected by the floods during Katrina. The house is an old victorian that needed a few renovations. I just finished the renovations and moved in to one side last week and I'm renting out the other side. It is so much closer and convenient to my work now. How are things with you?
