You will get a refund, but not the stimulus rebate. I'm in the same boat and it blows.

yes -- as far as i know thats how you will get it -- my wife looked into it -- so if you filed with direct deposit on 07 taxes thats how you will get so called refund check

The deposits and checks are being sent early. All deposits will now be done by May 2nd or so said an article I read.

While it is nice to have it early, to me it says that the economy is really in the shitter. Why else would the govt & IRS send them early?
