    so basically i have walk up early on a sunday morning and workout my arms from 7:30am to 5:45pm and drink down a 3lb tub of Nitro Tech and Cell Tech and eat only 3 meals????

    DUMBEST SHIT EVER...its all advertisement

      Honestly, I have this in one of my magazines and believe it or not guys, my crazy ass did this one saturday. I didn't do the cell tech and crap, I used my own protein and supplements. I will say - I had a damn good workout and it was a total "shock" to my arms. I've been stuck in the same types of routines for awhile - something like this was good for me.

      Didn't measure my arms tho, but they were so sore lol

          yea, a shock routine is something that is beneficial. kind of like Arnolds Squat parties. basically, they would do squats all day long. in between sets they would have pizza sprinkled with dbol all over it. they called it a dbol delux!

            The size increase is a combination of a huge pump, and swelling due to excess muscle trauma. Do it for the shock if you want, but don't do it if you think you're gonna have significant permanent size gain from this one stunt...because when the pump goes away and the swelling comes down in a day or two, the extra inch is gone.

                thats the point if your arm gets pumped up that much then the potential to get that big permanantly increases on later wokrouts the mor eblood pumpe din on that workout means the bigger the muscle fascia is gonna stretch and the bigger ti stretches the bigger it will become in future
