My good experience with comcast..

So I have Comcast Internet and digital cable, dvr service, hd package, etc..

My bill each month was $140.00

We haven't been watching hardly any tv so I called up to cancel the digital cable part of the service. She immediately cut my bill down to $98 bucks a month and let me keep all my services the same. If i had done it the way I wanted initially it would have been $105.00 a month and I would have had a lot less.

For once, someone actually had a good experience with Comcrap. lol

They have to retain their customer base at all costs at this point. They are being pushed out by other service providers because of their poor business practices (not that they are any different than any other corporate pig...they just got caught) and their less than spectacular re-compressed hd service (again no dfferent than most other providers...excluding FiOS, they actually do not re-compress their hd).

wow thats a good deal. I have all the channels they offer and I never watch TV, but when I want to watch something and I dont have the channel I freak out. maybe I should do the same and see if they want to help me out also?
