Dreamgirl, trust me, there is a g-spot. I didn't really find mine all the time 'till I was in my 30's though.

As for what position...it's different for different women and maybe it depends on their partner's cock. Most of the time doggy position is painful for me...I don't know what it is, but some nerve gets hit and I'll get shooting pain in my lower back and down my leg.
